So each one of us is struggling these days to manage time because there is a lot of time with everyone of us and we don’t know how to use it and where to use it so in this post I will be explaining you that how do you make that first step wherein you will be able to manage your time properly and achieve all the set targets that you have in your plate
1. So the very first thing that you will be doing is prioritise your work by this I mean that before you start the day make a list of everything that is important and needs to be done in that particular day for example if you have an online test tomorrow or any submission or any certification plan or anything that you are thinking is to be done make sure you have that thing in your list make it bold in bullets anything anything but make sure you have everything in front of your eyes this will help you allocate proper time that activity requires and eventually you get a proper idea that which work is to be done first which is an intermediate and which task is of least priority.
2. So after this what you will do is you will schedule your task by this I mean make proper timetable and or to do list anywhere in your book or a proper chat or anywhere you feel like but make sure you have everything on that to do list for example at 12 PM you start for the certification part you will sit there for two hours complete all the sections of that particular certification later on you will work on your assignments etc etc whatever you have on your to do list.
3. Set up deadlines for yourself wherein you will have an clear idea that after two hours this much should be done after three hours I have to finish this particular task and start motivating yourself to complete so do not have an attitude that I just complete two hours this much and later on we’ll figure out how that is to be done this won’t work set up your deadlines and stick to it until and unless you complete the entire part that you have in your to do list.
4. To achieve all your targets on the to do list you need to over-come procrastination once you start delaying things one by one one by one one by one it will start on burdening in your head and things will be left in your plate. But if you overcome this thing and complete every task that you have in your plate on time it will be helpful to you because now you have completed everything that you decided.
it will not only just give you the satisfaction that my work is done but also motivate you to do more and more things eventually you will have so many things added and you will complete everything on time this will help you reduce anxiety frustration
So make your time plan and start working on it.
