Note: Viva never demand exact answers from books but it is basically the test of your conceptual knowledge about the subject. 80% of your answers should be in your own words and the remaining 20% is what you learn from the books. Subjects with Numerical, Circuits, Diagrams, Programs in those subjects examiner will ask Sums, Diagrams, Explanation, Programs and so on. Below mention are the list of questions/concepts for all the possible subjects by BH. (Questions will be simple What, Why and If type only) Good luck and start your studies. :)

Frequently asked doubts
How many questions to be prepared ?
Vivas are the integral part of your semester score and it also plays important role but that does't mean to study whole book for the preparation of Viva. Ideally understanding of the concepts is enough for a theory viva and when it comes to sums, diagrams, programs and algorithms you should focus on all the important highlights of term tests (Sums, Diagrams and Programs appeared in Term Test and also the most popular or important) Brainheaters Question banks covers all the aspects and is more than enough for a proper Viva and Semester Preparation :)
Do I need to answer precisely from books ?
A Big NOO !! You are actually expected to answer in your own words and to the best of your knowledge of understanding the concepts. Examiner never expect the answers copy pasted from books, Understanding is the key, It boosts up your confidence. 80% of students don't go for a RE-VIVA if they answer the questions in their own words and best of there understanding.
Any Tips or Trick in Viva ?
Well, Yes there are certain tricks that helps a lot during exams and ideally implemented by BH.Smart Students quite often.
1. If you are in first 10 Roll Calls then make sure you do all the questionbanks provided by Team Bh and also be confident on your answers. Never Bluff or act if you don't know the answers, Just say "Sir Sorry I don't this answer" the best part for initial 10 is 78% of questions are very easy and straight.
2. For the Middle man range of Roll Calls after initial 10 and prior last 10 the best trick is to know all the questions fired on first 10 students. 65% of questions are repeated.
3. The Last slot or the last 10-15 Roll Calls are mostly lucky because they can do R&D of all the prior students, 73% of questions are repeated and mostly they are offered "What do you know ? " Type of options.
